Beauty Spy has been a life-saver for our busy growing Salon.

After having a 'mystery client' visit our salon it became evident where we were not performing consistently. Things such as answering the telephone, completing client detail cards, basin skills and the two big ones for me re-booking and consultation. Deep down i knew that all these areas were letting my salon down but being booked out 5 days a week, it was impossible for me to make any impact for change.

Most bosses know what should be done themselves but are not always consistent (too busy?) Its been invaluable to have an independent business and hair professional remind us the importance of consistency and all being responsible for our clients, gaining new one’s and keeping the regulars.
